Our house is a 3min walk away from bus stop, 4km to Victory Uni (a 20min drive or 40min walk), 3km from Lambton quay & railway station. Lovely sunny outlook with decks upstairs and down, quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of on street parking available outside front of house.

Family in house includes myself (Early childhood teacher), & son (17yr old Wgtn College year 13) with bedrooms upstairs, & daughter (21yr old 3rd yr Paramedic student) bedroom downstairs, and two friendly cats 🐈.
