Within walking distance to bus stops additionally having plenty of off-street parking. No pets, no smoking, no couples (max 4 people occupancy) as well. The rooms are available after the 22nd of October Room 2: A double bedroom with a double wardrobe inside the house. $180 excluding utilities to be split evenly. Bond: $900 + one week rent in advance

We are open to anyone, just looking for flatmates that could be social and keen for a few drinks and flat dinners but we are also happy to do our own thing. We are ideally looking for people that will be respectful towards the house and the current flatmates.
