New North Road

We have a double bedroom available short term in our flat located in Mount Albert/Avondale. I’m going away for a few months, so looking for someone to fill my room from the 28th March to June/July but happy to flexible with move in/out dates. Shared monthly bills split between the flatties. The room is bright and gets the morning sun. Newly painted and can be unfurnished if needed. We have a big outside deck, lots of parking and garage space. There’s 2x lounges, a large bathroom with a toilet and shower, plus a separate toilet. *We also have a single room available long term in the flat so just message me if your keen on either.

Current flatties are: 2x boys who work in Civil Engineering and in a trade, plus 1x girl who works in retail. All in our early to mid 20’s, looking for someone chill, easy going and likes to drink! The flatties love to socialize and have friends over, so if you’re friendly and down for an afternoon BBQ on the deck then you’ll fit right in :)
