Hi,
We have a large room (suitable for a couple) available for rent in Central Wellington (1 min walk to Cuba St)
It is part of a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. There are currently 3 other female tenants in their early 20s working full time, very friendly people. Rent is $380 pw and the move In date would be 19/02/22. Bond is only $485.
The room is very spacious (much larger than it appears in the pictures), warm, has double wardrobe with a shelf, a private bathroom, modern kitchen and has a balcony attached.
Car parks are also available.

About the roomies
3 female flatmates between the ages of 21-24, all working full time. All are very friendly, tidy and respectful.
They are happy with flatmates that socialise with the rest of the flat often, or would rather keep to themselves 🙂
