This apartment is less than a 10 minute walk away from The university of Auckland and a 2 minute walk from The Auckland Institute of Technology including all public transports the city has to offer.

It’s also very secure as a swipe card is needed to enter the premises. Also, there are no emergency houses within the complex. The weekly rent doesn’t include any bills and there is no parking available. However, this apartment is very suitable to students as its easily accessible.

Its amenities consist of 2 bedrooms, both very spacious and 1 bathroom. It is also fully furnished with a dining table and chairs, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge. Including dinnerware, cookware and cutlery.

So, in addition to all above, I am looking for a female house mate that is responsible, respectful and can keep their area clean and tidy. Friends and family are welcome at any time.
