$230 per week 2 weeks in advance BEFORE moving in. TOTAL moving in costs $460 NO COUPLES SORRY NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN (school age children are fine)
Lovely upstairs room great views. A queen size bed can fit very easily. Great location overlooking the water. Rent includes power water rubbish bins unlimited fiber wifi. Must buy own food. NOT a party house.
This is a peaceful quiet drama free home. We respect privacy. Not a flatting situation but more of a family home.
Room will be available unfurnished. More photos will be sent to you on request. Room is also advertised on Facebook Marketplace.
Must be working or full time student. Must pay rent on time. Be clean and tidy.

My husband and I and 2 lovely young guys 1 is a chef and the other works for Tauranga City council. We have a small dog and 1 lazy cat, both are very well trained. We respect privacy
