Close to takapuna shops, plus local corner shops 5 mins away (supermarket, butcher, medical clinic, chemist, restaurant, wholesalers, laundry matt).
Own bathroom use. Plenty of cupboard storage, with large double wardrobe. Bills additional on top $approx $30- $40 per week (Phone/broadband, sky, power, gas, water). Room comes with off-street parking. Room has the option to be provided furnished. Already have a cat, no additional pets.

To share with one other person, (later two) a mature independent female professional woman in her 40s. Looking for a clean, tidy independent responsible and respectful professional who is sociable and comfortable living and integrating with others.
