Looking for a flatmate to fill a double bedroom located in Mount Roskill from mid-February. The available room is unfurnished with a large double wardrobe and access to an East facing deck which catches all the morning light.

The house is a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with an open plan living area that has plenty of kitchen bench space and is equipped with all appliances. Off the lounge we have a huge West facing deck that gets drenched in afternoon sunlight and has great views over Mount Roskill/Mount Albert out to the harbour bridge with secure off-street parking.

Located 5 mins away from Mt Eden, the North/South Western motorway and supermarkets/local amenities. Rent is $210 per week, excluding power, internet and water which is shared amongst all the flatties.

You’ll be living with three other flatmates (two males, one female) all in our mid-twenties who work full time. We’re all busy during the week and mostly keep to ourselves but up for drinks and hanging out every now and then.

Ideally looking for someone of similar age who is also easy-going, friendly and respectful of the home and those that live in it.
