We have all amenities nearby including the Paraparaumu links golf club. You will have your own room and your own bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. There is off-street parking. The room comes unfurnished.

You will be sharing this amazing apartment with one full time female professional. I am clean and tidy, I live a very active lifestyle and currently working as a Project Manager and a fitness coach in the early mornings and evenings. My ideal flatmate would be someone who is also active and lives a healthy lifestyle. I am extremely busy during the week and do prefer to spend my weekends training or with family however I do enjoy down time on my own as well. Someone who is positive, considerate and respectful of other people’s space. And very important that you pay rent on time and are able to commit to maintaining a clean apartment. Preferably someone in their late 20s early 30s however if you are mature for your age and have life experience that will also be considered.
