Wonderful old Victorian villa…rustic charm. Single room available, furnished. A lovely warm environment. Easy to get to buses…at Three Lamps and Jervois Road in Ponsonby or along Richmond Road in Grey Lynn. Behind our house is an open playing field - great for work outs.

At the moment besides the two of us ‘oldies’ (retired teachers, originally from America), an Italian girl is staying with us and also one of our grown sons (the other two live in other parts of NZ, one in Raglan and one in Wellington ; they visit us from time to time…guess which one is the surfer). We have not been anxious to rent during Covid, but if you are vaccinated give us a call and we can set up a time to meet. The room would especially suit a student or a traveller on a working holiday visa.
