Tamzin's room

A large master bedroom available that includes a walk in wardrobe and ensuite with a bath and shower. The room gets the most incredible afternoon sun and is on the second level of the two story house. This is a three bedroom house with one other roommate (me). Only looking for one person to move in, no couples or pets sorry! We have a very easy to care for outdoor space as most of it is deck, the property however backs onto a public park which we have private gate entrance to… it’s pretty cool! There is also an internal double garage and the house is completely double glazed.

I am in my early 30’s and am a graphic designer. I initially studied and worked as a intermediate teacher but then left NZ to travel for five years and when I returned decided to retrain. I work full time as a graphic designer and love it! I have a tight knit group of friends who I love to spend time with but I am also a homebody who loves to sit and binge the latest trending show. This is not a party house at all. I have been living with one of my best friends who is moving in with her boyfriend; we have had pretty high standards in how clean we have kept the place and the right person moving in would need to prioritise keeping things going that way. Looking for someone around the same age as me that is a chill & clean working professional.
