Our flat is walking distance to Albany Westfield, supermarket, dairy, takeaways, cafe and bus terminal.

The room is a large master (3.50m by 3.25m) with its own private bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, plus your own off-street carpark.

Very light and airy, lots of space. The house is well insulated and we have a heat pump in the living room to stay extra warm in winter. Neighbours are all very quiet and being up a driveway means we are away from the road and extra secure. Flatmates have been here about 4 years and we love it. Power, water, internet and flat supplies like rubbish bags are split evenly each month.

Couples negotiable. Sorry, no smokers. A cat might be possible (Ruby loves cats!). We ask that you are vaccinated/boosted.

You’ll be living with Ruby, 32 y/o female, and Thomas, 31 y/o male. We are easy-going, friendly people who are independent. Thomas enjoys fighting game tournaments and pretty much keeps to himself so you’ll mainly be sharing common areas with Ruby, who likes video gaming, going to the beach and watching a bit of TV. The house is managed by a great property manager who is super respectful and attentive which is awesome.
