Sunny townhouse located in central New Lynn. Close to train/bus station and shops.

Occupied by myself and my cat currently. I work full time so generally pretty chill on weeknights. I have friends over occasionally and yours would be welcome too. Looking for a flat mate who is easy to get along with, happy to have a shared dinner every now and then and perhaps a drink also. House is fully furnished apart from your bedroom.
