Warwick's room

The granny flat is divided into a small living room and a separate bedroom with its own shower/toilet. It has its own entrance and carport at the road level, and it is very warm/cool/healthy and fully furnished.
Located close to the harbour walkway, and 3km to the hospital and downtown Tauranga.

There are no other room mates in the house except me as the owner living upstairs. So it is very private and quiet. I am an active 69 year old retired professional with my 2 cats, and I am visited sometimes by my friends and family. You can share the carport and rear fenced yard with your direct separate side access.
