You can’t get any more central than UniLodge Stafford House. Living here you’ll be right smack bang in the centre of the city, with everything nearby. Did you know the city is so compact you can walk from one side to the other in just 15 minutes? Our Wellington university accommodation consists of 91 three bedroom and 14 two bedroom self catered student apartments. All of our student apartments in Wellington contain a small common area, bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette. UniLodge Stafford House is a partnering hall of many local universities, so you know everything will be of a high standard. You will of course be well connected to your university. Described as the ‘Coolest Little Capital City in the World’, Wellington offers a great coffee culture, cafes, shopping, restaurants and clubs. Situated on the Parliament end of The Terrace, the Wellington-Central Bus Depot, Railway Station and Victoria University Campuses are within walking distance.

UniLodge Stafford House is apartment-style living. Each resident has his or her own bedroom but shares the kitchenette and bathroom facilities with one or two other people. We also offer accessible units. Each apartment has a kitchenette with a two-element cooktop, fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Limited quantities of crockery, cutlery and pots and pans are supplied.
