We have a beautiful room up for grabs in our renovated 120 year old Kingsland Villa.

The room is 3.7m x 3.7m in size with 3.3m heigh ceilings and large double pane windows. There is no built in wardrobe but the room is so large it would easily accommodate any of your furniture and a standup wardrobe…. The main window looks out over the patio garden and has ample sunlight during the day.

The house has gas central heating to keep you warm in the winter months and with us being on gas that means no cold showers ever!

The house is north facing with a large deck which means ample sun in summer for lounging with a book or drying out your clothes with ease!

Two of the Flattie’s own the house and currently have a fab Flattie who is a swim teacher but also training to join up as a fire fighter. We have two dogs that live with us - Bella/Charlie so you must be a dog lover.

We are a down to earth flat, we are all dog lovers, enjoy food, baking and relaxing. We are not a party flat as we all work long hours.

If you are easy going, have hung up your party shoes and looking for a home more than a flat then this is the place for you.

We have any 11yo who stays with us every second weekend. She is a cool wee character to have around the house and keeps us all up to play with the lingo!
