Situated right next to Khandallah Pool, Mount Kaukau, and close to Kandallah Village and Box Hill Station, this spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom house is perfect for an individual looking to get away from the city but keep easy transport options.

There are two off-street parking spaces, a big garden, and fully furnished kitchen and living spaces. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed but is otherwise empty.

Two students studying at Victoria, one male and one female (19&20). We’re quiet and mainly keep to ourselves but keen to share a takeaway and movie every so often.
