Emma's room

Pretty decent sized room available on the 3rd floor in the townhouse I rent. It has an ensuite, including a shower up on the floor. The room is unfurnished, but rest of house is fully furnished. Only allowed one person to move in and no pets allowed unfortunately. There is parking on the street. Nice and close to the CBD, but also not in it so it is quiet most of the time. Contract is until end of November. So hoping for someone to stay until then with the potential to stay on.

I am a full time worker. I like quiet living and keeping my place tidy, so I would like someone similar there. I am friendly and don’t mind having a chat and hanging out sometimes, while still respecting each others space. While there’s no pets, I am slowly filling the house with plants. The neighbours are also very lovely, and are also quiet. Hoping for a female young professional to move in too. But open to males as well.
