We have a bright spacious double bedroom available in our Mount Albert/Avondale flat! This rooms available from the end of March for 3-4 months, but happy to be flexible with the move in/out dates. This is a large 5 bedroom house located on a main road with plenty of onsite parking and off street parking. We have 2 lounges, a separate bathroom & toilet, big outside deck for drinks in the sun, lots of garage space and a pool table on the way. We also have a flat cat named Kato 🐱 who’s usually in and out of the house so never in your way. Mount Albert Pak’n’Save is 500metres walking distance. Avondale train station is also 500m walking distance. 5-10 minutes from the Northwestern motorway. I’ll be away for a few months so we are looking for someone to move in who’s flexible, easy going, chill and likes to drink 🤙🏼 the flatties love to socialize and have friends over, so if you’re friendly you’ll be right! Our current flatmates are 2x boys working in trades and engineering, with 1x girl working in retail. We are all full time workers in our early to mid 20’s, who like to chill together watching netflix series while also enjoying our alone time.
