About the room
Hey!
We currently have a double room with ensuite available and are looking for a single! The house is a three-floor townhouse, and the Flatmate would have the use of the entire downstairs. This would be ideal for someone who appreciate their privacy and personal space, whilst being part of a shared home.
If you think you’d be the right fit then we would love to meet you! The room is $275, utilities will be devided between us.
Move in cost is 2 weeks bond, open to negotiate payment of bond for the right person.
Move in date is ASAP.

About the roomies
We are a couple 24 and 26, we enjoy the ocasional drinks, but we are not a party house. Looking for likeminded people who would want to hang out sometimes but also enjoy and understand we each need our own space.
