The room faces the Marina also. Fibre internet, electricity, gas for cooker, cleaning products and toilet paper all included in the rent so no extra unexpected bills. A two minute walk to the new Marina and ten into Lyttelton village - Hop skip and a jump to Magazine Bay - Option to pay less rent for weekly house work stints.

Health care professional, friendly, accommodating, busy, independent single Mum to a busy seven year old. Good senses of humour, respect our own privacy and the privacy of others and like to keep our home clean and tidy. Love growing vegetables, cooking, arts and nature. We are extremely busy so value our space in the mornings between 8 and 9 in the kitchen space & bathroom and in the evenings when we get in from 6 until 7pm. We really need the space to ourselves at this time as frantic with meal and lunch prep. bath time and bed routines etc :) Our weekends are very cruisy - relaxing in garden or off on missions - Little one goes off with her Dad one day a week on weekends. Must like animals please - We have a kitten and a couple of elderly rescue cats who are super friendly but spend much of their time outside :)
