About the room
We have a beautiful room that is now available for rent in our home. The property is situated in the beautiful area of Sunnyvale West Auckland, 7mins from New Lynn or 12min walk to the train station, less than 500m from the bus.
Up on a hill with beautiful views of Henderson Valley and the Waitakere ranges it creates a lovely backdrop at the end of the day with endless sunsets.
With 1 small dog, and 2 cats onsite you will be loved by at least one of them.
We have one double room. The previous tenant is moving into the self-contained unit on the property after renting two rooms in the main house for the last year.
Room is $170 + $20 expenses per week Bond is 2 weeks ($340)
The bathroom will be shared.
The house is spacious, with newly refurbished almost everything (kitchen still to be updated)

About the roomies
We are a communal bunch who do shared meals on the regular and looking to continue with that vibe just with more people. The other tenant in the house is a 29 year old male who has their own bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
