The whole top floor of this two storey home is yours.. includes a very large master bedroom plus a small room/office space beside. Own bathroom .. walk-in wardrobe and attic storage space. Plenty of outdoor parking.. swimming pool Rural private gated road.. very quiet with extensive rural views. The top floor has a fantastic outlook. Wifi included.. power will be split three ways (if not excessive 😊) Lawnmowing contribution $30 a month. Room in kitchen for a small fridge/freezer We are looking for an easy going.. working single or couple.. quiet most of the time.. respectful.. open to friends over for swims drinks and what have you.

Myself and my adult son are looking for someone to make the top floor of our rental their space for a while. My other adult son stays occasionally. We are all quiet private people and full-time workers. One cat resides here and one cat would be okay as long as it’s not a fighter. My little cat has had her fair share of being picked on. Our partners stay several nights and we are in and out a bit ourselves
