We are a group of three lads in our early 20’s looking for a fourth flatmate to share this fairly new, 4 bedroom house in an excellent location. Comes with a modern kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms. You’ll be sharing 1.5 bathrooms with just 2 others. The house will come fully furnished (not the same furnishings as in pictures) and your room will be unfurnished.

Looking for someone to move in from the 12th of March. There is a bond of 4 weeks rent and a weeks rent in advance for a total of $1125 move in cost. Cheers!
