Hi all! We are looking for the 4th flatmate in our bright, sunny, artsy house in Te Atatu Peninsula.

What we can offer: Medium size bedroom with build-in wardrobe (can fit double bed, a desk with chair and a chest of drawers)

The bathroom downstairs will be mostly yours as other flatmates have their own bathrooms upstairs.

Comfortable study nook in the living room if you need more space for computer work.

There is room in the garage for some storage.

15 mins to the city without traffic (with traffic – 30)

Plenty of beautiful coastal walks near the house

Fruit trees, veggie garden and outdoor brazier

Spacious well equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dish washer

Bright and spacious living room with lots of plants and heat pump

Our ideal new flatmate:

• good communicator, able to discuss possible needs and issues in a mature way
• respectful of noise levels
• likes a tidy house and doesn’t need to be asked to help keep shared spaces clean, wash their dishes, etc.

About us: we are 3 humans 30-40 y/o all working full time as scientist, audio technician and community facilitator.

we are quite social and do occasionally invite friends over, but it’s definitely not a party house

we’re into the arts, eco-friendly living, gardening & composting, yoga, music, movies
