The flat is quite spacey and fully furnished with heaps of storage, a large front lawn and small back area with a clothes line. It also has a joint bathroom that will be shared with two of us. We have a shared living/dining room and kitchen which you are free to use as you please as well as a cute little balcony which is great for sunsets 🌅 We do also have a spare bedroom which could be used as a study if needed!

The bedroom is unfurnished, with 1 small built in closet, an overhead cupboard and little cove in the corner which would be great for a dresser/ rack etc. It is big enough for a queen bed and other bits and pieces. There is also a ginormous double garage downstairs which you are welcome to use for storage.

Off and on street parking available. Sorry no pets ☹️ Bond is 4 weeks rent ($1520)
