Great for a couple as the room is big enough to fit a queen bed , desk, sofa and lots to spare. Ample storage space in the basement. This character villa has been nicely renovated and is a lovely, comfy home. The spacious light kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher, double sink etc. The dining area and living room are generous, comfy and furnished. The backyard has fruit trees, space for gardening, an compost bin plus a covered area for your washing. You’ll hear the Tuis & Moreporks. The front of the house has large rooms plus a bathroom, one is a spare room available for the occasional guests. The front deck is covered and it’s a great area to sit and soak up the sun while having your breakfast. All the water in the house is filtered, we have ultrafast unlimited broadband. $40 for utilities for a single person or $25 x2 for a couple.

As we are in between Dominion and Mount Eden road, you will have plenty of parks, cafes, eateries, Farro close by as well as 2 bus stops plus handy to all 3 motorways.

You’ll be joining 2 people, 1 a nurse, other a health practitioner, social, friendly, clean. We like having a chat and a laugh, playing board games but we also love our own space - easy with the layout of the house. We’re looking for friendly, positive, easygoing, mature and professional, 35+ years.
