Hello 🙂 We have 1 double room with an ensuite & walk-in wardrobe available in Hobsonville (Scotts Point, ample parking). House is 3-years old with all the bells and whistles. Located only a 3-minute drive to the ferry into town and a 2-minute drive to the Hobsonville supermarkets, gym, cafes, & eateries! The house is fully furnished with high-quality amenities and kitchenware & appliances for use. New quality washing machine & dryer. Two large fridges, professional blinds installed, max fibre broadband, built-in ceiling sound system, heat pump, central vacuum system, security cameras, wine cellar-ish 🙂 The room is unfurnished. The room (pictured): Heaps of windows with afternoon sun. $270/week plus fixed $20 in expenses. Bond two weeks and one week paid in advance.

You’ll be in great company as the 3 existing occupiers (2M, 1F) are non-smokers, full-time young professionals into fitness and their respective careers between 25-30yrs. Friendly & courteous, tidy, hygienic, relaxed - looking for persons that share similar values. Move-in date whenever suits.
