Double room. 2 Wardrobes. Could provide the single bed in my photograph, if required. I own my house. The area is Spreydon with walking distance to Barrington Mall.

I live in my 3 bedroom house. There is a 3rd bedroom which is a single & also negotiable. My house has two lounges, two toilets, one shared bathroom, a large kitchen, separate laundry and a cottage garden. I am a quiet, mature, arty & musical female, I like to write & study at home. The area is lovely, quiet with good neighbours.
