Brand new duplex home in the Auranga development in Karaka/Drury. Easy access to SH1 & SH22. Bus stop right opposite the house takes you to Papakura train station. I have 2 unfurnished rooms available - one has a ranch slider for $200 per week and one without for $190. The shared areas are furnished. The rent includes all bills and common shared items such as toilet paper and cleaning products. I have a small vege garden growing at the moment which you can help yourself to from time to time. Parking is available for one car per room behind the house. Note: the room without ranch slider will get the curtains installed in the next few days. Heat pump will also be installed by the end of next week. Couples are welcomed but would be at a higher rent.

I am a full time professional working in IT in my early 30s. Currently working from home. My ideal flatmates are full time workers/students who are tidy, respectful of property and pays rent on time. This is not a party house.
