This is a home / situated 1 min walk from the Mt Albert train station at the end of the street / walking distance to supermarket / close to on ramp for motorway / central / doubled glazed so very dry / with a log fire for winter / has all the mod cons except for ensuites for every room / we are looking for someone to fit in with our vibe but also has their own / someone tidy and can clean up after themselves to keep the harmony :)

We are two creatives, I work in film and tv as a director and the other is a tattoo apprentice / we are busy and independent individuals who like to have a cosy home situation.
