I’m looking for one person to join me in this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom downstairs unit!

This property is located in Newlands, 15 minute drive to town. Close to city fitness, new world, schools, op shop and busses to the city.

Available from early April, but can likely negotiate an earlier move in date if needed!

House is furnished apart from the room, but can likely provide a double bed if needed.

Rent is $280 per week including wifi. Extra costs are just shared household items every now and then and power which is super cheap in summer but a lil more in winter!

Unit has its own small backyard area. The property gets great morning sun in the living area, kitchen and garden but not so much in the room due to it being up against the bank!

Room is very spacious, warm and newly renovated a year ago. It can fit a queen bed easily with heaps of room for other furniture. It also has great storage with a double wardrobe and cupboard space up above. There is also a panel heater for the cooler months as well as a heat pump in the lounge.
