Hi all I’m helping my old flatmates find new flatmates after I moved overseas.

We have a large ensuite room available in our comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom house, because our friends have left Auckland. We’re on the border of Three Kings and Mt Eden and pretty much central to everything, as with good traffic Victoria Park (by the city centre) or the Airport are within 25 minutes drive.

Our shared areas are a lovely spacious open plan Kitchen, Lounge, Dining area and Study. We have a large sunny lounge and back deck, with blueberries and a strawberry guava in the backyard. We also have a grape vine on the arch by the front gate. There’s Jadan Supermarket at the end of the street, Three Kings Countdown is 1.5km - 4 minutes drive and to St Lukes mall is 3.5 km from as little as 6 mins drive, the restaurants on the Balmoral Dominion Rd corner are 1.7km / 3min drive away and the drive to the airport non peak is 20 minutes There’s B line buses to the city centre 500m away on Dominion Rd. We have great access to local parks with A S Richards, Pollard and Fearon parks all less than 10 minutes walk away.

A lovely spacious and sunny ensuite room with walk-in wardrobe and deck access. The room can either be partially furnished or unfurnished, it’s currently partially furnished. And also the other spacious and bright master bedroom with a Queen size bed, a desk, a vanity table, and a walk-in closet, is available for rent. The weekly rental price is $250.

We’re looking for relaxed, quiet and reliable professionals who know how to clean up after themselves. We’re looking to stay here long term as we’ve lived here almost four years now and love the area and the location.
