Rooms advertised include a large bedroom, personal living area and your own bathroom. Located in the heart of Hokowhitu close to the river walks and local cafes and shops.

I am looking for a tidy, friendly and respectful person who will look after my home as if it was your own. Either a working professional or a mature student.

Rent is $320 per week including internet, general household items (toilet paper, rubbish bags etc) and does include power but may need to top up in winter (downstairs heat pump).

Professional female with 1 child 8, and one other female. This is a family environment, we are busy but don’t mind a bit of banter.
