$175 per week. Includes a built in wardrobe and looks directly out into the bush. Room available ASAP.

Flat has amazing views overlooking the city, getting great morning sun, and is surrounded by heaps of native flora and fauna, being within walking distance to Zealandia.

Great location, walking distance to Wellington city and VUW campus (roughly 20-30min). Only a minute walk to the #25 bus route which takes you straight into the CBD. Plenty of on-street parking.

Ideal flatmate would be someone chill, independent, tidy, with similar hobbies and looking to stay long-term (ideally a year or more).

Shared living spaces are fully furnished. Washing machine, dryer, fireplace, heat pump, TV, dishwasher, bed (if needed).

$25 per week for power, internet and other shared flat items (bin bags, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.)
