Loren's room

Good size room 2.7 x 3m in lovely, warm, dry 3 bedroom house. Quiet neighborhood, all day sun, dbl glazing, DVS, heat pump, fully insulated. 5 mins to shops and airport. Furnishings optional but single bed has top quality, nearly new mattress. New kitchen with dw, laundry rm w/wash&dryer, bathroom and toilet rooms are separate. Nice outdoor seating area with beautiful view. Large shared spaces: living rm & adjacent office, dining room and conservatory.

We are 2 working females age 19 and 50+. You would find us to be respectful, approachable, kind, quiet but don’t mind a good chat. We have a few close friends, not big partyers, like things clean and tidy but not “neat freaks”.
