Private backyard area with awning, table/chairs and bbq. mostly used as smoking area or a quiet beer. Property is situated in the Waimahia inlet, a very safe and extremely quiet community based sub-division with a very active facebook page keeping everyone inline and up to date, safe street parking available within the street- we have never had any issues with safety. We have two cats that mind their business and shouldn’t bother you or enter your room.

A long term couple who work throughout the both are in their mid 30s. Female,Approachable, respectful and mindful of others. Easy to get along with, very open minded. Male, works very hard throughout the week, enjoys a cold beer after work, loves to cook and relax on the weekend mostly watching the boxing or the UFC.
