Our Wellington university accommodation consists of 91 three bedroom and 14 two bedroom self-catered student apartments. All of our student apartments in Wellington contain a small common area, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
UniLodge Stafford House is managed by UniLodge Auckland Ltd on behalf of individual private owners. We welcome students from all Wellington tertiary education providers. As a recognised student accommodation provider in New Zealand we are pleased to also provide a Residential Life experience to residents.
You will of course be well connected to your university. The Pipitea Campus is a short five-minute walk away (depending on how late you slept in) and to get to the main campus at Kelburn you can either walk up the terrace or catch the bus 30 metres from your front door.
Described as the ‘Coolest Little Capital City in the World’, Wellington offers a great coffee culture, cafes, shopping, restaurants and clubs in easy walking distance.
