Available ASAP as moving overseas and therefore looking for someone to take over my room in this super central, modern apartment based in Thorndon. Current lease is fixed to 31 January 2023.
The apartment is located on Pipitea Street, so it is super close to Parliament, the Terrace, Lambton Quay and the Railway Station/ Bus Hub. New World Thorndon is just a 2 minute walk away. Everything you need is within walking distance.
The bedroom comes with a built-in wardrobe and easily fits a queen bed, a set of drawers and work desk if desired. Kitchen and lounge is located upstairs and is light-filled, warm and spacious.
I will be looking to sell the bed, and drawers so open to selling on the cheap if interested.
Open to pre-paying some of the rent to reduce weekly rental rate.
