Come live with us at our Epsom flat!

A room has become available in our lovely little Epsom flat. The room is $200 with $25 for expenses. It can comfortably fit a double bed and small desk. The room has has a door that opens out to our sunny deck (complete with BBQ for summer) so you’ll have your own access in and out of the house if you wanted! There is an in-built wardrobe and a large window.

In terms of the rest of the house, the kitchen is spacious, there are two bathrooms, and there is a heat pump in the living room. The house is fully furnished with all whiteware, including a dryer.

Our flat is located very close to a bus into the city and has plenty of parking available in the garage, driveway or on-street. Heaps of local cafés and Cornwall Park are within walking distance.

You’ll be living with three (2M, 1F) people in their late-20s who have been in the flat for 1.5 years. We’re all very chill and like occasionally hanging out together in communal spaces on Friday nights or weekends. We’re all very open-minded and respectful. We’re looking for someone like-minded who isn’t opposed to a board game here and there, is respectful, pays rent on time and is fully vaccinated.
