I’ve just secured a beautiful rental in Grey Lynn and am looking for either a couple or 2 individual flatmates to join me. I have a 15month old Spoodle so you’ll have to be comfortable living with a relatively energetic dog who’s still figuring a few things out.

Note: These are photos from when the house was last sold, this is not the furniture that is currently in there and rooms are unfurnished.

It’s a 3-bed villa with 1 bathroom (separate toilet). There are 2 bedrooms available, a double and a single (in photos). Both rooms have built-in wardrobes. There is a lounge, separate dining & large kitchen, and two office spaces that we can share between us, one located inside and one outside in a small outhouse. There are spacious back and front yards. There is 1 more off-street car park available and additional on-street parking (you may have to apply and pay for an annual permit).

Rooms and viewings are available from Saturday 2nd April. You don’t need to go on the tenancy agreement, but you will need to complete an online form for the property management group before being approved to move in (this is a requirement for the landlord). The house will be relatively furnished except for the bedrooms. The lease is 12months, so looking for people who can ideally commit to this timeframe.

For couples: $2480 per/m | $1240 each per/m

For individuals: Available double bedroom: $1400 per/month | Available single bedroom: $1260 per/month

All bills are split equally by 3. Internet: $85 per/m. Gas/electr­icity/water: Unsure, normal Auckland rates. Cleaner: Maybe, TBC.
