My partner and I are looking for someone to fill our master bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom newly renovated house. Located in Birkdale.

This stand alone house is part of a body corporate, so it is a very quiet, peaceful and secure section with a communal pool and off-street parking.

Ideal tenant would be a full time working professional or studying. Someone who would be keen to have a couple drinks or a BBQ every now and then but also likes their own space.

The room has a decent sized wardrobe, brand new carpet and over looks native bush.

You will be living with just my partner and myself who are in our mid-late twenties. My partner works full-time and I am a full time nursing student and work part-time. We like to have a clean and peaceful home. This is not a party house, however like to have drinks every now and then.
