One rooms available
Rent is $187 all inclusive up until the end of July as we currently have a couple subletting the room and are therefore paying a bit more then the singles. End of July/start of August it will return to the normal price of $210 all inclusive of bills e.g. unlimited broadband and power.
Room available from Monday June 12, I am moving out June 10-11. Please text me to arrange viewings.
Self contained flat on the bottom level of a Grey Lynn villa, top floor is a separate flat.
Great location, 5 minute walk to Ponsonby Countdown and Grey Lynn Park.
Current 3 flatmates are mid-late 20’s working professionals in the fields of Microbiology/Health & Safety, Aged Care, and studying education/working in youth outreach.
Large backyard with washing line that gets a lot of sun.
There is also a spare room for communal storage if needed.
