It is in an excellent location, only a few minutes from the motorway, Ellerslie town centre, Lunn Ave shops, Mt Wellington retail centre, and Sylvia Park mall. It is only about 10-15 minutes drive from Auckland CBD.

The apartment is on the top floor and the bedroom overlooks the park.

The room can comfortably fit a king single bed, it would be able to fit a double but there would be less space for furniture.

It contains a double wardrobe and you have a private bathroom as well (not ensuite but next to room).

There are furnishings available from previous tenant or you can bring your own (bed, drawers, bedside table, shelves).

There will just be one flatmate (me) as extra bedroom is used for storage, we previously had four people living here comfortably but have now gotten used to more space!

I’m a full time working professional in my 30’s. Looking for a flatmate who is friendly, responsible and tidy :)
