Anthony's room

Although on our property our room is a loft studio above our garage. Suitable for one person. You will have your own entry and kitchenette. It’s unfurnished though it has both an under bench fridge, under bench freezer, 2 electric hobs and benchtop oven. There are no clothes washing facilities with a laundromat at the end of the street. The bus to town or west is at the end of our street. It’s easy walking distance to Unitec and the shops. Pay for your own power (which is separately metred) water is included. All vehicle parking would be on the street. Sorry, no pets.

We are an older couple who live a quiet life in the main house. We have 2 cats that are friendly and inquisitive.
