Brigham Creek Road

This is a great property tucked away in Whenuapai. It’s right by the motorway for ease of travel, but it’s secluded and surrounded by paddocks on all sides, some with sheep, so it doesn’t feel crowded. We’ve got a decent backyard with an awesome garden, a pool, and a large deck area for outdoor living. We’ve also got a garage, plenty of parking out front, a kitchen counter that opens to the deck, and a spacious lounge. There are three bedrooms, all high ceilings, and two bathrooms (one being an ensuite). We’re currently looking for someone to fill the third bedroom, so they’ll need to share the second bathroom with one other flatmate.

We’re both young aircrew guys working from Whenuapai Air Force Base. We both work irregular hours, and there will be times when one or both of us could be deployed for extended periods. We try to keep things as simple and relaxed as possible when at home, so we’re both easy to get along with and good at finding compromises for flat domestics. At our landlord’s request, we aren’t a party house, so we’re conscious about limiting the frequency that people come over en-mass and will save big gatherings for special occasions only. We’re both motorcyclists and love keeping up with the latest StarWars and Marvel content that makes its way onto Disney+. We’re looking for someone who is conscientious, amicable, independent, and willing to be flexible with flat arrangements. This is a pretty sweet spot to escape to, so we want it to find someone that we can get to know well and enjoy living with.
