Rintoul Street

Kia ora! This room is in a nice, relatively new townhouse. It’s on the ground floor and looks out onto a patio with some plants, as well as a neighbourhood lawn and trees. It comes furnished with a single bed (if you need it) but would fit a double bed if you have one/want one. There will be curtains. The wardrobe is a good size, and just down the hall you have your own bathroom with shower/WC/basin. On the first floor is a living room and kitchen dining (two living areas), and on the second floor is the large bathroom with bath, by the other bedrooms. The place is ten minutes’ walk from Wellington Hospital, and just up the road from Newtown’s shops, food and New World supermarket. The bus stop takes you into town on the frequent number 1. There’s a garage that would fit a small car, and planning to have bicycles in there too. There will be a heatpump, but the former residents managed without one for 5+ years, so should be relatively warm.

You’ll be sharing the townhouse with two others (me, Sian, 34yo Kiwi F professional, and another tba), plus a shy but curious cat, Cleo, 1.5yo. No other pets allowed unfortunately. I like books, travelling (when Covid dies down…), watching movies, going for walks and attempting to play the guitar. I’ll be working from home a few days a week, and I have plans to cycle into work. I’ll be moving in over Easter weekend - hopefully timing works out with fridge delivery etc :)
