The property is located in Upper Riccarton on Church Corner less then a 5 minute walk to bush inn and about a 10 or 15 minute walk to UC.

The house is 3 beds 2 bath with a large living space and seperate dining room/office. There are two rooms available, both good size 12 and 16m2 both rooms have built-in closets, large windows and get lots of sun. Currently rooms are unfurnished but happy to discuss options if you need it furnished. $200 a week includes internet, gas and power. Couples - $250

The house also has some seperate rooms/office/workshop space if your after a seperate area to work from home. The property has a good size grass area and is well fenced, dogs and cats are welcome (currently no pets in the property) - though do note it is on a busy street so may not be safe for an outdoor cat.

Currently it’s just me living in the property - Female, 24, working full time (from home half the week). Happy to socialise but also have my head down in work a lot of the time.

My partner usually stays a couple days a week so open to living with other couples for the odd drinks or games night. The environment is pretty relaxed and LGBTQ+ friendly.
