Cute little self contained unit for rent. 1 Double bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette. Brookfield shops within walking distance which includes supermarket, pharmacy & other shops. Only a 15 minute drive from the beautiful Mount Maunganui.

Please note it does not have a seperate living room, however you are welcome to come upstairs to use the main house.

Rent is $350 p/w. Rent does not include expenses. This will be divided up between us.

Couples are welcome to apply however the rent will be $400 p/w.

A bit about who will be living upstairs: we are a couple who have just moved in to our first home. We are busy people with work and activities so won’t often be there but we do like a good bbq and drink in the sun on the weekends.
