Penny's room

This flat is now let. Small flat, one of two. It has a bedroom, lounge, bathroom, and kitchen. The laundry is presently shared with the main house. The laundry and a mud room is between the two flats, giving good separation. In the next few months a separate laundry will be created (minimal disruption from building is expected). Hot water, electricity and internet are separate from the main house. Healthy homes standards are met, with new ceiling insulation, a heat pump, and double glazed windows. The tenancy includes also a separate, 10.5 square metre, fully insulated, double glazed sleepout or home office. A rent reduction will be provided until the separate laundry is created. The location is a quiet cul-de-sac in city end Karori. Photos will be provided shortly. Flat is newly painted and re-carpeted.

The main front house has four very quiet and considerate young professionals living in it.
